Fellowship under the patronage of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany for prospective leaders to implement self-designed projects in Germany.

Draft Project
Develop independent project plan in agreement with host.
Submit to Humboldt Foundation
Submit online application with host agreement by 15 October.
